Situated on bustling Regent Street, I love that the location of The Langham is ideal for shoppers, theatre-goers, foodies and sightseers alike. This five star property offers 380 deluxe rooms and suites.
The Langham’s elegant interior is a study in blending the classic and the contemporary in perfect harmony.
A range of food and drink options are available, including afternoon tea, private dining by Roux, elevated pub food at The Wigmore and exclusive venue The Langham Club on the third floor.
Even if you’re not staying at The Langham, The Wigmore is one of my favourite places for a bit to eat in this part of London.

To cap it all, this iconic and luxurious London property also offers the Chuan Body + Soul spa, along with a 16 metre pool housed in an old bank vault. For me, this is one of the hotel’s best kept secrets!

Unusually among hotels in London, The Goring has now been family owned for over 100 years. And in my opinion, the attention to detail here really reflects this fact.
On Beeston Place in peaceful, leafy Belgravia, The Goring is but a stone’s throw from Buckingham Palace.

With 69 rooms, I love that the service at The Goring is a little more personal than that offered at some of the larger 5 star luxury hotels in London.
Classic elegance is the theme throughout, and the setting creates an oasis of refined tranquillity in the heart of England’s capital.

It’s a chic venue located close to Sloane Square among Pavilion Road’s clutch of independent boutiques and tempting delis.
6. The Dorchester
Address: 53 Park Ln, London W1K 1QA
Best for: A lively and dynamic atmosphere

The Hardy-esque name of The Dorchester is undoubtedly up there with the best luxury hotels in London.
I think there is something so special about turning up outside The Dorchester and being warmly welcomed into its grand interiors.
The Park Lane location brings to mind the most sought-after addresses on the Monopoly board.

It’s a property that’s steeped in local history. The prestigious names of some of the suites – such as Mayfair, Belgravia, and Park – reflect this.
A serious contender for the title of most luxurious hotel in London, the property’s draws include the decadent spa plus an impressive range of eateries and bars.

One of my favourites is the Vesper Bar, a spot I’d highly recommend for some post-work cocktails.

Think top hats, polished wood panelling and gleaming, monochrome tiled floors.

The location is unbeatable for shoppers, with the stylish shops of Bond Street nearby as well as Selfridge’s.
